Wire Records
Wire Records startades 1984 som en rockklubben på Kolingsborg i Stockholm samt med att arrangera turnéer med utländska artister i Norden. Wires första release var med amerikanska The Smithereens som släpptes på licens. Därefter släpptes en LP med norska Fra Lippo Lippi.

1985 kom de första riktiga svenska Wire skivorna med grupper som House & Gardens, All That Jazz, Man Klan och Tony Curtis. 1987 lämnade Lars Nylin, Erling Åkesson och Mats Adenbäck Wire och Per Kviman fortsatte på egen hand. Wire hade dock tidigt haft ett London-kontor för distribution som sköttes av Harry Mcgee.

Runt 1992 slog Wire ihop sig med Mistlur och Garden (Electric Garden?) till MVG (Mistlur-Wire-Garden). Etiketten Wire användes därfter dock bara till återutgivningar.
